Sassy is our fun and full of sass girl! Although she is retired we found out very quickly that she needed a job, so we started her in nose work classes when she was just 4 months old. She caught on quickly, loving her new job! She was competing in AKC trials at the young age of one. She earned her Scent Work Novice Title and Novice Handler Discrimination Title with ease and is now competing towards her Advanced and Excellent levels, respectively. Sassy also competes in scent work trials with NACSW (National Association of Canine Scent Work) where she has earned her NW1, Level One Containers, Interiors & Exteriors, Level Two Containers, and ORT. Sassy has such a kind heart and loves everyone she meets, knowing no strangers because everyone is her friend. Sassy has become certified as a Crisis Response Dog through Hope, Animal Assisted Crisis Response.

Dakota is one of Sassy's daughters that we decided to keep. Dakota has had two litters, her second was her last litter and like her mother she is now retired. That litter was with one of our boys, Moses. (see the webpage "Our Boys"

Hope had her first litter last summer (2024) she had seven puppies who all went to their new homes in September. She is living the life of luxury and will be having a new litter sometime later this year or early 2026.

Canyon Ridge's Autumn Wind

Autumn is one of our youngest girls, we plan on her having a litter in late Summer and the sire will probably be one of our males, Teton. (See "Our boys" page) While we were waiting for her to come of age we learned that Autmun is quite adept at agility. As she grows we are working with her in agility trials which gives her a "job" and develops her as a dog. She lives in our house with our other dogs and is learning to socialize and figure out her place in our family. She is exploring her world and becoming quite a good looking young lady.
