Roxy was loved by Michael, Jami, Britt , Kristin, Christopher and Ryan Hopkins

January 13th, 2006 - April 29th, 2008

Roxy was a wonderful dog that only cared about one thing, her family.  Roxy had to cross the rainbow bridge a young age due to a unfortunate diagnoses of Juvenile Renal Disease (JRD), it is something not common in golden retrievers that does not reveal any signs or symptoms until approximately 2 years of age and immediately attacked her and took her across the bridge.  It came so sudden and was so heartbreaking to her family and ours.  We know where she is now and know that she'll be watching over all her family, especially all the kids, Britt, Kristin, Christopher and Ryan.

Goodbye for now Roxy!

Katie was a very sweet and loving dog that will never be forgotten.  She spent the first part of her life with Mike and Carol and family as a wonderful mother to all of her beautiful puppies and a lovely companion.  Then one day Jeff and Jo Fort came to visit and saw her and it was truly a match made in heaven.  They truly loved her as they had a custom yard built just for her, more tennis balls than any dog could dream of and all the water she could play in, as that was her favorite pass time to make us all laugh and smile.

Our hearts shattered when we were told at a regular check up that she had the beginning stages of cancer.  But what hurt the most, was that you would never be able to tell when looking in Katie's eyes.  She spent everyday to the fullest and loved life being a spoiled little girl that just loved her family.  She passed the day after Thanksgiving in 2006 and crossed the Rainbow Bridge.  We know that she would not want us to cry and drown ourselves in tears, but to smile and know that she could have not lived a better life.

We miss you Katie and you will always be remembered as you left your paw prints on all of our hearts.

The Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.

There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigour; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.

The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together
